The TRICARE Premium Reimbursement Program allows eligible Mississippi National Guard members to receive reimbursement for TRICARE Select or Reserve Select premiums. Members must not be receiving health insurance through a civilian employer.
Step 1 - Register as a State Vendor
Complete and sign the W-9 form. Submit to State Resources with your Admin NCO via SharePoint. You will receive a 10-digit vendor number beginning with "31-" used on all future requests.
Step 2 - Complete Paymode Enrollment
Enroll in the State of Mississippi's electronic payment system (Paymode) for direct deposit of reimbursements. You will need your W-9 information and bank routing/account numbers.
Step 3 - Submit Monthly/Quarterly Reimbursement Request
Download the packet below, complete all forms, and return to State Resources with your Admin NCO via SharePoint each reimbursement period.
