The rewards of being a Warrant Officer in the Army National Guard are more than tangible benefits.

  • You will be a leader.

  • People will look up to you and put their trust in you.

  • You will know that you are doing something for a higher purpose – serving the people of your country and community in times of need.

Give the MS Army National Guard as little as a few days a month and a couple of weeks a year. Initial Active-Duty Training (IADT) will include both Basic Training (BT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). For more information on the selection process for Warrant Officers, click here. See the chart below for eligibility requirements.

When you serve as a Warrant Officer in the Army National Guard, you can be your best!
